Individual Therapy
We provide individual therapy for kids (6+), adolescents and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, chronic stress, relationship issues, eating disorders, life transitions and more, across Ontario. Our approach is client-centred, relational, and grounded in neurobiological understanding of how our experiences impact all aspects of our lives.
We integrate evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR and trauma-informed psychotherapy to support nervous system regulation and sustainable healing. Whether you are seeking trauma therapy, anxiety counselling, depression treatment, individual therapy offers a confidential space where healing unfolds at a pace that supports safety and lasting change.
Couples Therapy
We offer couples therapy for partners experiencing communication challenges, conflict cycles, emotional disconnection, trauma impacts, or major life transitions. Relationships are deeply influenced by attachment patterns and nervous system responses — especially when trauma is present.
Our couples counselling approach is grounded in trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks, helping partners understand reactive cycles, strengthen emotional safety, and rebuild trust. Through structured, collaborative sessions, we support couples in developing healthier communication patterns, improving intimacy, and creating a more secure relational foundation.
If you are looking for couples therapy in Ontario that integrates practical relational tools, with attachment and developmental trauma awareness, we provide a thoughtful and tailored approach to relationship healing.
Family Therapy
Family therapy supports parents, caregivers, and family systems navigating stress, conflict, behavioural concerns, attachment disruptions, and trauma-related challenges. We work with families to strengthen communication, increase emotional regulation skills, and foster co-regulation within the family unit.
Our work integrates trauma-informed principles and developmental understanding to help families move from reactive patterns toward connection and resilience. Whether addressing parenting challenges, blended family dynamics, or the impact of trauma within the household, family therapy offers a structured space for collaborative problem-solving and relational repair.
We aim to support families in building stability, emotional safety, and healthier patterns that extend beyond the therapy room.
EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an integrative psychotherapy approach that has been extensively researched and proven effective for the treatment of trauma. EMDR is a set of standardized protocols that incorporates elements from many different treatment approaches. To date, EMDR therapy has helped millions of people of all ages relieve many types of psychological stress.
